Local GP Elizabeth Beswick is the Conservative Candidate for the forthcoming by-election to Knutsford Town Council, to be held on Thursday 5th April.
"My name is Elizabeth Beswick, and I have lived in and around Knutsford for a number of years.
"I have been a GP for most of my working life, and I am a firm believer in the NHS. As a GP I am also good at listening to people’s concerns, which I believe is a very important skill for a councillor to have. If elected I will use the experience I have gained in this area to help you and other residents in whatever way I can.
"Over recent years I have seen all the exciting things that have been happening in Knutsford; much brought about by the actions and interventions of the Conservative-controlled Town Council. I am keen to join this team and to work with them to ensure that Knutsford continues to be a great place to live and work."
