Thank you for electing me as your local MP, I will be just that - local - playing an active role in the local community.

As a resident of Tatton, your issues will be my issues and I'll work with you to maintain and enhance our beautiful towns and villages, and to protect our precious green spaces and countryside.

Education is key for every child and whilst we now have more 'Good' and 'Outstanding' schools than ever before, we need to protect our education budget and ensure that our local schools have the resources they need.  So I pledge to work with teachers and parents to ensure Tatton gets a fair funding deal for its schools and to join up with all the other local Cheshire MPs to fight for what's right for our schools.

I want to work with all local businesses, big or small, to build a stronger Cheshire economy, delivering more jobs, more inward investment and more opportunities.

The rural economy is particularly important in Tatton, and I know how important an issue broadband is - something I will be raising with the Government as a priority.

I will work hard locally, and be accessible to everyone, holding surgeries right across the constituency. 

Tatton is a wonderful place to live and working together we can keep it that way.
