Over the coming weeks and months, many people will be self-isolating, and not everyone has a support network of family and friends to help them out. 

That's why Becky Wass from Cornwall has come up with the idea of shareable cards to allow people to offer their help to neighbours. 

The cards have already gone viral on social media, and you can download a printable page using the 'attachments' section at the bottom of this page. Just print them off, fill them in, and post them through neighbours' doors.
